Food was not very hot and everything we asked the waitress for such as lemons and steak knife she indicatef they did not have there, but someone else got for us as they did have it there. Very overpriced for what it we received also

More communication with customers who make reservations They change their policy at 3 am in the morning and I was told it is my fault I was also told that at the front desk that what I was addressing with the staff was my fault I cannot recall ever being told that at any restaurant nor resort.Very poor customer service

Given it was Christmas Eve and the prices were double the usual, we expected it to be so much better. The food was meh. The food was bland for the most part. The ham was pretty much rare and the turkey was dry as cardboard. There was 1 worked for the entire buffer food station area. You had to wait for him to bring out trays then run from one side of the buffer to the other to serve things that weren’t a self-serving. Our service was terrible as well. We didn’t see our waitress once after she brought us our drinks. We had to walk over to the wait staff area to ask for silverware. For this price, they should be ashamed that the food and service is this bad, especially on a holiday.

Went for the Holiday meal and the food was cold, turkey meat was hard, and the dessert cakes were stale. The price was hefty for the quality of the food. The service was not the greatest. It seems they were short staffed. Too pricey for what you get.

Hats off to the chef or chefs that cooked the Thanksgiving Dinner. We were greeted at the door with a “Happy Thanksgiving, welcome.” We were greeted by the staff at the desk and they apologized for the wait due to the computer not working. The waiter offered to take our family picture before we walked into the ballroom. The ballroom was decorated, even down to real flowers on the table and cloth napkins. The display of food was amazing. My favorite was the sausage stuffing, mashed potatoes, candied yams and cranberry sauce. The children food and dessert table also had their own array of delicious food. The staff was very friendly, and we felt like we were eating at a five star restaurant, down to the waiter serving us water. A lot of thought went to the set up of the food and the cooking the food. Even though the staff were away from their families on the holiday, they made “us” feel like we were all family. It was a very memorable experience, all the staff did an amazing job. Happy Thanksgiving 2022!!!
