Bringing Southern comfort food to the heart of South Boston, Hunter's Kitchen + Bar is brought to you by the same team as neighborhood staples Lincoln & Capo. Executive Chef Lambert Givens serves up southern-inspired classics like his signature gumbo, chicken & waffles, and smoked meats. Behind the bar, Hunter's has a wide range of beers, whiskeys, and craft cocktails.

**Please note: Patio tables are on a first come first serve basis and by request only. Please note your reservation if you would prefer to sit outside and we will do our best to accommodate**

Hunter's has live music Sunday - Thursday beginning at 9 PM, and Friday at 5pm, Saturday at 3pm, and Sunday at 2pm.

                                                                                                            We went for Sunday brunch. I got the Southern Skillet and a side of bacon. It was delicious. I’d order it again. My husband got the Biscuit, Egg & Cheese and a side of grits. He said it was good and that he’d get it again. I look forward to visiting against to check them out for dinner.

                                                                                                            The start was a bit shaky with the hostess not finding our reservation, the bar not having mint for my mojito and lengthy wait for food. But once the food was delivered that was forgotten because it was delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly and amazing southern flare.

Savory cinnamon roll (new on the menu?) looked cool and was really creative but just ok (not a lot of sausage / cheese in the middle), but everything else (brisket, chicken sliders, everything bagel biscuits w/ loaded cream cheese, breakfast skillet, cornbread, gumbo) were great.
