Husk Farm Distillery is home to Husk Rum and Ink Gin.

Husk Rum is a rare style made from farm to bottle using the finest quality freshly crushed cane juice grown and bottled at Husk Farm.

Ink Gin is boldly unconventional, sparking conversation & making people take note. A true original, Ink brings colour & art to people through gin.

We are Australia's first farm to bottle rum distillery set on 150 acres of beautiful cattle & cane farm - making spirits which reflect the land where we live.

A day at Husk Farm Distillery is a must-do when visiting the Northern Rivers. Husk is a short 20min drive from the Gold Coast, and 1.5hrs from Brisbane.

We recommend all first time guests book onto one of our 5 star distillery tours or experiences. Alternatively, make a reservation to enjoy cocktails, tasting flights and lunch.

Always an excellent experience ! The atmosphere and surroundings are beautiful. The food is delicious using local produce. The cocktails are incredible and lovingly made. Staff are super attentive and friendly. Overall you feel welcomed and look after with a venue second to none. We love coming to husk !

Party of 7 dined at Husk today. The food, service and ambience were fantastic. The most enjoyable day for all of us. A truly memorable day.

We used to come to Husk quite frequently as it's such a beautiful relaxed vibe and lovely location. However, the last couple of visits we've noticed that customer service has been poor and value for money is not worth it. Disappointing as we used to love the place and visit regularly.

Unfortunately we were at Husk on the hottest of days this summer which affected our enjoyment but we have plans to return in May. The wait staff were friendly and helpful and we made good choices from the Small part of the menu. Looking forward to returning in the cooler weather!

We attended as a party of 8 adults and 4 children, unfortunately the afternoon was full of stormy weather and the staff was wonderful trying to keep us out of the rain and relocating us to dry areas, how ever that’s where the good news stops, the value for money was extremely poor, 8 adults and 4 kids and all we got where 2 small picnic baskets of food that I could have bought for about $40 and standard nuggets and chips for the kids which was fine ( a kids meal is a kids meal) but 2 small basket of food for 8 adults, we paid over $400, the gin decanters where fine and what we expected but they can’t add up up to $300, we had to order more food. sorry we will not be recommending Husk as value for money to our friends. Venue lovely, staff great, value for extremely poor.

The food was very good and the experience awesome. We enjoyed the rum and gin testing and the scallops. The quantity is not huge, just right. All staff were very young. Some were knowledgeable. We asked the bill twice but the very young girl never brought it to us. We had to move and asked for it. The service can be improved.

The beauty and nature setting was great but unfortunately the service was disappointing it dampened the whole experience. Pricing was to be expected but because the service was so disappointing it didn’t feel like good value. Would I go back? I’m not sure to be honest. I’m sorry, I wish I could give a better review.

Cool venue, limited Saturday menu but nevertheless was decent food not too badly priced. Nice with the live music. Main downside was there was a mix up with our food order and the person serving was super rude about it, telling us we must have ordered the wrong thing and just being hostile. When we pulled up the receipt there was no apology or just basic polite manner, instead super rude acting like we were a huge inconvenience even though it was a staff error and we were super polite about it and didn’t mind that it meant we had to wait longer. Left a sour taste and we probably won’t return based on that one interaction. Shame as other staff were super friendly.
