Camerieri supponenti e distratti, non ascoltano e quando gli fai notare che vorresti una cosa in modo diverso rispondono “here we do in this way”. Veramente disdicevole, anche perché la qualità del cibo è molto buona

We have been going to Hy's on New Year's Eve for many years. It's the real deal when it comes to up scale steak houses. The classic menu, ambience, service and well aged beef. Love it!

This was my first time at hy’s and probably would be my last time dining there! Ambience was very nice and our service was fantastic! She was funny and very nice and attended to us regularly. We came down for my birthday. I didn’t say anything about the food because my friend is pregnant. I don’t wanna hurt her feelings and we were sharing food! The cheese toast was burnt, and it tasted bitter Beef stroganoff was very underwhelming and mushrooms were cooked and torched to death! Burger was very underwhelming as well ! When you come to fine dining, you expect to have a good field ! The burger was something that you can eat in the fast food restaurant!!! Is there however, was good , what food was really bad Especially when we started with a burnt bread I do lots of dining in restaurants . Normally first day we go to Gotham, but I want to experience something different.! now I’m thinking maybe I should’ve got to Gotham!

Go to Hy's every year for our anniversary dinner. Always special! A real institution in Vancouver!

Hys is always a fantastic meal. The cheesebread is so addictive. Open flame steak gives a perfect char. What made this night was the service. Our server was Andrew and he was amazing. Not just a great server, his recommendations for drinks/food were perfect. I've been to Hys a bunch of times but Andrew made this special.

Been to Hys so many times, I would say 20+ trips.. Now they’ve changed the policy so if you order a steak Neptune you can only have roasted potato and not baked, no substitute. It’s weird to negotiate that at the table of an apparent 5 star place. My striploin came with about 4 oz of edible meat, to be fair they did take it off the bill but whoa. That should t happen. Shrinkflation is real and its name is Hy’s. Next time will be the Keg. Same quality.

From the start bartender got order wrong. Waitress was nice but forgetful. Told them it was my birthday in res and when she asked never an acknowledged it again Spent 300 bucks and there was no tag team service Just one lady doing her best. Not what you expect from a high end place Filet was a glued steak that fell apart when cut Ribeye was good but was not really what I had come too-expect from HY’s. Overall was disappointing Love Hy’s. Have been to other locations and but this location needs a management review
