   Food was great, service was poor. Brought out mains while everyone still had their starters (twice), one main was brought out wrong and then the ordered main was very late arriving. Finally, when the bill came - they did not use the pricing that was included on the menu ie. 2 / 3 courses for a set price.

   Service was very nice by Giuseppe but the food wasn’t great. 2 pasta dishes ordered, both of them tasted as though they had been sitting there for a while. The tagliatelle with mushroom and truffle was very bitter, and the pacheri with monkfish were very dry. Not worth the price.

   Christmas special looked good on paper. 45 Euros per person. Calamari was good and decent portion. Bruschetta was a piece of bread with cherry tomatoes, nothing special. Main pasta portion was tiny. Chicken leg looked like a pigeon leg. Tiramisu was excellent. They forgot to bring bread to the table, neighboring table got some. It was a pricey meal, left hungry.

   Food was okay. A bit pricy for what you got, but it was Christmas, so that was okay. Service was kind, but very slow. Again it was Christmas so that was fine too. They added a service charge which is not customary in Ireland. Not cool. I was going to tip because again it was Christmas, but I don’t appreciate when it’s added already. We didn’t have a large group.

   The appetizers were lovely. The rest of the food was a disappointment. The mushroom pasta was paste like and over cooked. The advised us they could not sell wine because of Christmas. However, they would bring us red wine. They brought out the wine in small tea cups about 4 ounces each. They then proceeded to charge €13 for each tea cup. The profiterrole desert was basically food service purchased puffs and nothing special. The tiramisu had extremely dry pastry on the bottom and lacked flavor. Given it was Christmas night glad they were open. However, we would have been better served getting sandwiches from Spar.

   Great authentic Italian food! Staff is super friendly. You can also have a lovely after dinner walk along the canal. Will definitely come back.

   I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I explained that it was a birthday celebration and asked for happy birthday to be put on the dessert. The restaurant was so busy that we were given a table that was for four and they just split it. We had to hand The plates over the head of other customers to the waiters and the dessert came out without my Happy Birthday request. This restaurant focus seems to be on taking in as many people as possible and not caring about the quality of service and customer experience.

    We were waiting on stairs for 44minutes for our table. This is the third we have been kept waiting for our booked table There is no pace to wait but the stairs
