Icebergs Dining Room and Bar is about the ocean, the beach, the sky, it's about Sydney.
With an ever evolving menu focused on modern Italian cuisine and celebrating seasonal produce, the intimate and elegant Dining Room is the beating heart of Icebergs Dining Room and Bar.
Arranged to take in the famous view of Bondi by day or night, it makes an unforgettable backdrop to a menu inspired by Maurice Terzini’s Italian heritage.
The menu is designed to give you a seasonally changing opportunity to sample dishes that reflect the depth of Italian cuisine, created with Australia's best produce.

For reservations of up to 9 people, our Dining Room offers a Fixed Price Choice Set Menu at $130pp for 2 courses and $155pp for 3 courses.

We were disappointed with the allocated table-at the back, next to a servery, one of the party of 3 had to sit with their back to the view. We were informed tables were allocated as per how early booked, I booked 21st Oct, virtually 2 mths prior. It was remedied after we’d eaten as I asked if we could have a post lunch drink outside. Wonderful, all 3 of us had the view. Food, service was superb.

I ordered fish. Wasn’t cooked through. Centre was jelly-like. Fairly tasteless choice of fish regardless. I didn’t raise with server just left it as it was a special occasion and didn’t want to draw attention. Very nice people but food is blaaaaah.

Waiter forgot to order our sides. Since we had finished our mains before getting them we asked to cancel them. Errors happen and we appreciate the fact that our waiter didn’t try to blame it on someone else and simply explain he had forgotten to order them. Good was very good and the view is always amazing. This little incident will not prevent me from going back.

A truly chilled vibe befitting of it's smart casual bayside comfortable scenic dining. Dined at dusk as the sun went down in exchange for the luminescent festive season lights filling the restaurants pandemic panoramic windows. Will return to try more dishes yet ensuring to allow a couple hours for service. The bluefin tuna crudo up there with likes of high calibre sashimi, secondis were belissimo and the chocolate mousse - to die for, simply amazing. Service was, well - seated at just before 7pm (for a 6:30pm booking - which was fine as an opportunity to enjoy a drink on the balcony overlooking the entire Bondi shoreline) yet didn't finish it dining experience till 10pm. Wait staff, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable but not an ideal place if you're after a quick in and out. Be sure to have a few hours to spare - maybe a long catch-up with friends or family you haven't seen in a while.

Firstly, the staff were fantastic. Super friendly, helpful and always available. The food was magnificent, salt crusted beef, scallop risotto was amazing. Tiramisu 11/10. And the view and the vibe. Perfect !!!

Took 20 minutes to get menus after being seated. Requested all steaks be medium rare and were served well done. Mozzarella appetiser tasted off. Mandatory tipping also required. $800 lunch for 4 and only the calamari appetiser was satisfying. Staff was friendly however would not recommend

The entree of Tuna Crudo was presented well but really had little flavour. Very disappointing. The main of gold band snapper was tasteless. Fish was cooked perfectly but had no flavour. The Brussels sprouts tasted mainly of chilli. The whitlof and peach salad was tiny. I didn’t have any so my guests could. The view was great but taking 2 overseas guests there did not showcase food from Australia. Staff were attentive, and dressed appropriately but were not overly experienced with timing their interactions.

We had a wonderful anniversary lunch at Icebergs. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We were very impressed with the food, fresh with great flavours. This was all topped of by the amazing views. We will definitely be back next time we are in Sydney.
