Icebergs Dining Room and Bar is about the ocean, the beach, the sky, it's about Sydney.
With an ever evolving menu focused on modern Italian cuisine and celebrating seasonal produce, the intimate and elegant Dining Room is the beating heart of Icebergs Dining Room and Bar.
Arranged to take in the famous view of Bondi by day or night, it makes an unforgettable backdrop to a menu inspired by Maurice Terzini’s Italian heritage.
The menu is designed to give you a seasonally changing opportunity to sample dishes that reflect the depth of Italian cuisine, created with Australia's best produce.

For reservations of up to 9 people, our Dining Room offers a Fixed Price Choice Set Menu at $130pp for 2 courses and $155pp for 3 courses.

SOLD OUT HAKKOKU RETURNS TO ICEBERGS DINING ROOM AND BAR FOR TAKEOVER N4 PRESENTED BY HOUSE OF SUNTORY Hiroyuki Sato – Hakkoku はっこく(Tokyo, Japan) returns to Icebergs Dining Room and Bar for the fourth time in an intimate setting in the new Pacific Dining Room overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Bondi Beach. Icebergs Dining Room and Bar will transform into the world’s most exclusive and authentic sushi bar, complete with one of the best views in the world. We hold four exclusive and intimate dining experiences limited to ten people per sitting. Expect 15 + omakase courses by Hiroyuki Sato from Hakkoku in collaboration with Head Chef Alex Prichard, and drinks created by Bar Director Matty Opai in partnership with House of Suntory. With only six seats and a waitlist of six months, Hakkoku is one of the hardest restaurants to get a reservation at in the world right now. With a famous, scenic location like Icebergs, the cuisine (and service) could be mediocre, and the restaurant would still be crowded. But that's not the case. Icebergs Dining Room offers a world-class culinary experience with incredible service (thank you Samuel!).

Right from the moment we checked in to when we finished our lunch, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The views are spectacular and the food delicious - good size portions. Truly a lovely dining experience!

For the price and overall great location and views, the service and food were not up to par. We had a reservation from a month prior and requested wheelchair accesible table (meanwhile all tables were), we were given the first table right by the front door and suboptimal views, on request to move to a closer window table we were given attitude and told that those people booked “months in advance”, which we had booked ours a month prior as well. we arrived a bit late (1238) for our 1230pm reservation and did not finish the meal until 245pm. It took almost an hour to get our bottle of wine and to finally get an actual menu. Once we asked for the bill and said we need to make our check in time for our hotel booking they said right away but it took another 20minutes and we could see our waitress chatting with the other table with our bill in hand. For “fine dining” it was not up to the standards they seem to want to set, and definitely not worth the price. Almost $400 for two people and took over two hours to be served. The location and views are great but besides that it is not worth the price, and it is not as fine dining as they seem to think they are

We do hope you were able to enjoy the window table that we moved you to upon your request whilst being seated. We apologise that it took some time to rearrange our floor plan and reallocate that table to another section of the restaurant to accommodate your request, but as explained, the table in question had been booked several months in advance. Wonderful lunch overlooking Bondi beach. Radish salad, calamari and prawn pasta were delicious. Honey custard with a glass of Sauternes was fabulous. Excellent service.

This restaurant positioned perfectly on Bondi Beach is beautiful! The soothing colors against the beautiful color of the water is stunning!!! We had a wonderful table by the window - thank you so much! Service is impeccable! Amazing wine list and delicious cocktails! The mozzarella/eggplant starter was outstanding! Such a different and beautiful way to serve what can be a run-of-the-mill starter! The tuna was the best I’ve had! Beautiful presentation and wonderfully prepared! Didn’t need any sides to distract from the main event. The pasta dish was outstanding as well. What an amazing restaurant only about 20 minutes from downtown Sydney! It was a perfect day… and the perfect place to enjoy a lovely meal!

Whilst the service was Excellent. The food was lukewarm bordering cold, this was the view of all 6 guests. Despite reporting the food temperature. Atmosphere was great. Overall, a good day, but if the food had been delivered at an acceptable temperature it would have been excellent day.
