Ignite Bar & Lounge in Marana, AZ, is a sensory delight, fueled by stunning views of the Tortolita Mountains, the warmth of a firepit, imaginative cocktails that taste like no other and live music. The fire-themed Bar & Lounge is a bustling hub where guests can enjoy afternoon iced teas with lunch, along with classic cocktails and new concoctions served by a charming team of mixologists. The fare is creative, yet simple, bringing to you flavors from the Southwest to dishes inspired by age-old Asian culinary traditions. Ignite also features an extensive array of smoky single malt scotches and whiskeys from around the world.

                                                                                Amazing sushi with great customer service. We are in the fishing industry and both agree this was quality seafood. We’ve been back several times.

                                                                                Sushi is always very good here. Probably the best in Tucson. the rolls are tasty and not loaded with rice. I had the salmon sashimi, and the salmon was very fresh, smooth and tender. The wagyu beef roll was flavorful and good. The Dove Mountain Road is always refreshing.

                                                                                The ambience is amazing and a great venue for a special occasion. Drinks are well made, but the food is very pricey and covered in sauces which was very disappointing for this price point. Skip the bites and enjoy the drinks and views.

                                                                                The Ignite Burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The steak, however, was very tough and hard to cut through. Not what I was expecting for a $60 steak or from a Ritz property.

                                                                                We got there at 5:00 and wanted to sit at a front table facing the mountains, there was one table taken out of maybe 10- 14 tables. The hostess was not there and the wait person seating us told us we could not have any front tables as they were all reserved. We ended up at the front table because we insisted. When the hostess arrived she had an attitude with us when she walked the tables. We ended up leaving at 6:45 and all the tables were still empty… Not a good feeling.
