We love Ignite. We loved the old Bourbon Street that was in Southland. The food and service has always been so great. This is the 3rd year we've celebrated our son's birthday at Ignite. We started out with a 10 min wait past our reservation time, even though the restaurant was less than 50% of capacity when we got inside. Our server, Lance, was friendly and attentive. Two of us ordered soup and a salad, that never showed up. I think Lance realized because it wasn't on the final check or he forgot to input the orders. 5 out of 6 meals were spot on. One steak ordered Medium Well Plus (Should be willing to say Well done, but that seems insulting!) It arrived Medium Rare. Floor manager took it to the back to be reheated, then it was forgotten for about 15 - 20 minutes. Again, we love Ignite and this was hopefully just a one-off evening. We will return.

This was our first visit to Ignite and it did not disappoint! Our waiter (lance) was great BUT the steak (filet and ny strip) was excellent; flavor and presentation was superb! We’ll definitely go back before we leave!

Steaks were excellent but sides and drinks not great. Wedge salad was really small and not tasty especially for the price. Drunks were watered down. Besides steaks being excellent and well seasoned , 2 appetizers were outstanding. The crap sake(only one) and shrimp bruschetta (only 2) were excellent although skimpy portions. All in all great because of the steaks.

This was my first visit and it was a great experience. Everyone on staff was incredibly professional. The seafood tower was an impressive main. Everything was fresh and very well prepared. The star of the show thought was the server, Sylas. I’ve visit establishments at every level and Sylas would be well at home at a Michelin starred restaurant.

It was very poor value for $125 a person. If you could have ordered from the regular menu it would have been great. Not a fan of bone in rib-eye!! To greasy on the plate! Our server Lance was good. Will go back when I can order the filet I like. A steak with no baked potato is a BIG NO FOR US

I have always love eating here. However for New Years Eve they didn’t give us a choice to order what we wanting nor did the host tell us that they were only having one menu. If we had known we would have left. I don’t care if it’s a holiday, people should eat what they want. I was very dissatisfied!!
