Only problem was we ordered a chicken Caesar salad. We got the Caesar salad with no chicken. When the manager stopped by to check on us, she said they didn’t have chicken breast, which was a lie. Our waiter brought us the chicken right after he realized it wasn’t on the salad. Great job by him. We also had a reservation at 6:30, but didn’t get seated until 7:15. The waiter Silas was terrific, however, I’ve noticed it’s poorly managed and the manager isn’t even aware of their menu, but would rather lie to you than actually try to help. Might be time to get a new manager in my opinion.

A great experience here as always—we didn’t try anything off the new menu(we’re creatures of habit in our old age), but I’m sure it would be just as strong as our usual (cowboy ribeye/filet , sautéed spinach/asparagus, loaded potatoes for both)… Now that Buckley’s is no more, this is the best steakhouse in the tri-state area….don’t @ me Folk’s Folly lovers….. If you get a chance to drop in, make sure and request Sylas as server—he’s exceptional, a true professional in every sense of the word.

First time experience.... staff was I incredible... very polite and supervisor would come by table and check on us also...food was good had better for price but would go back.. complimented the supervisor and staff on job well done

Service was awful. The restaurant wasn’t crowded for the service to be that bad. The food was too expensive for the quality.

We had the rack of lamb and halibut both new on the menu. Both were excellent.

We went there for my husbands bday dinner. The service was ok food took abt 45 mins to get to the table- they were not busy. I shared a pasta dish with a friend and was I disappointed when it arrived. There were hardly any noodles it was like a kid dinner portion. When I mentioned it to our server he said he told his manager. A few minute’s later the manager showed up and I asked if this is the normal portion and he said yes. Not willing to make anything right or offer anything. I had to ask for another side of noodles by the time I got the noodles out food was cold and very disappointed in the lack of taste in the noodles and the pasta dish itself. Needless to say I will not be going back. The manager was not friendly or accommodating. Not worth together money at all.

My boyfriend and I had a fantastic time at Ignite celebrating our one year anniversary in the casino that we met at. The service and food were fantastic. Some of the best I’ve ever had and the restaurant went above and beyond we had told the hostess about our anniversary and how we met at the casino and she told the kitchen and they brought us a cheesecake with a candle in it.. I was very pleasantly surprised and confused, but very touched. What a wonderful experience. Thank you for making our night extra special. Everything I’ve had at Ignite has been great, but I especially recommend the French onion soup.
