We usually stop by when in Jacksonville, but are disappointed in the menu change that has happened since our last visit (including the charge for chips). Also the restaurant was freezing cold.

The food was very good but our waitress was very inattentive. She didn’t prepare guac at the table side, didn’t offer refills, never checked on us until we were done and let her know one item was not brought to us. She didn’t care and said I’ll remove it from the bill. No apologies or acknowledgement. And duh you will remove it, because it never came. I would return bc the food was flavorful but not if she is the waitress. Also salads and app size were very small portions for huge price.

Waitress was not attentive, no water refill, no nachos to start. Then they had no tea made and was told they were out. Shrimp taco was very salty.

Little disappointed that they were out of some of the menu items on a Tuesday night around 6pm. Our server did not mention this in advance. We had a reservation and the table was missing a set of utensils. Everyone agreed that the food was excellent.

Our food was exceptional—definitely a 10/10. We all ordered different breakfast tacos, and out of the eight varieties, each one was equally amazing! Everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned, without being overpowering. The blood orange margarita was fantastic, but what truly made the experience memorable was our server, Josh. He was accommodating, attentive when necessary, informative, and even helped us take a great group photo. I've added him to my list of favorite servers. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be returning!

Went for my wife’s birthday with my Dad and our daughters with their boyfriends. Been there many times and had a great experience every time before. This time was different. The food was great as always but the service was terrible and seemed like we were a burden to the waiter. Took forever to get drinks and he hardly ever came back to check on us. Drinks were empty for too long and just odd interaction with the waiter. I’m sure we will go back again but not anytime soon. On the positive note, the food was awesome and my wife had a great birthday.
