                                                                                  Good large size portions, food did take a little long to come out but not a big issue. Food definitely taste good.

                                                                                  Maitre d was great moved us to a quieter table and our waiter went above and beyond when he located a pillow for my wife’s chair! The drinks are pricey but worth it with top shelf spirits and some expensive ingredients (e.g. chartreuse) rare amaro’s and bitters very nicely balanced and delicious. All the food was excellent, best ceasar salad I have had with addition of Dino kale lots of garlic and creamy Reggiano dressing. Top notch short ribs, scallops and pasta special excellent. 15 years of eating here and the continue to meet a high bar. Cheers!

                                                                                  This quiet gem of a restaurant is tucked away in a very high foot traffic area during the day, Pikes Market. In the evening it’s quiet with plenty of relaxing ambiance. Our server, Hannah, was very attentive and made sure our request were met. The entire staff was polite and professional. The food was delicious and we look forward to going back the next time we visit Seattle.

                                                                                  Sorry Bistro, but I paid $318 for the most mediocre meal that I have ever eaten. Our waitress was not welcoming at all, she would come by every 3 min asking if we were ready and not even give us time to order. My wife asked for a sweet drink and it came spicy as hell? Although the ambience was relaxing, we were promised live music that didn’t even start playing until 1800, we got there at 1700. It was extremely disappointing in every way and I can’t help but regret every penny spent. I recommend to anyone that is planning to eat out in Seattle, that they avoid this place. If I can get a refund, I would.

                                                                                  This was the perfect romantic (early) Valentines dinner for us! the food was delicious...possibly the best rack of lamb and sautéed calamari that we've had, here, or in Italy! The ambiance was perfect - lower light and sound levels, and smooth jazz (every Thursday evening). And Katie's service was amazing, including her ability to match the perfect bottle of Barbera to our tastes and meal! In business for 50 years, and still the utmost is cast, quality, service, and value. Magnifico!

                                                                                   Overall a great dining experience with great food and good service. The ambience was very much high end Italian. Our only complaint was they need much better signage for out of town tourists. The front entrance is difficult to find because you have to walk down from street level. Our GPS took us to the approximate location however it took another 10 minutes of walking around in the rain to finally find the main entrance. Just some signage on the street level would help out greatly. I've seen other reviews that was complaining about the same thing. perhaps put a map and detailed directions on the website to keep the frustration level down.
