This time, we’re highlighting the sustainable Castello Bonomi winery from Franciacorta, renowned for its exceptional sparkling wines. Francesca Paladin will be joining us to showcase six of her finest wines, each paired with a specially curated five-course Calvisius caviar based menu created by our executive chef Vito Gnazzo. Alongside Francesca, we’re thrilled to welcome Gabriel Berlendis, GM of Il Gattopardo, and Matias Landini from Paladin VP Spa, who will guide and greet guests throughout this extraordinary culinary journey.

                                                                          2 entrate: ok, non speciali 2 spaghetti alla bottarga: bottarga amarognola e spaghetti scotti, malgrado ci fossimo raccomandati sul fatto che li volessimo al dente. 1 flute di champagne: ossidato a 38 dollari! Il tutto a 220 dollari. Gran presa in giro e ristorante sicuramente NON degno di rappresentare la cucina italiana nel mondo. Fatto per i polli come noi che dopo due settimane hanno voluto assaporare un piatto di pasta. Sicuramente, nessuno del personale italiano l’avrebbe mangiata. Probabilmente lo chef o chi l’ha preparata non era neppure italiano e, spacciandosi per tale, prima di far uscire un piatto del genere, ci si accerta che sia corretto! Delusione totale… senza parlare della flute di champagne, ossidata, marca sconosciuta, a 38 dollari, altra presa in giro! 2 entrées: OK, not special 2 spaghetti alla bottarga: bitter roe and cooked spaghetti, despite our recommendation that we wanted them al dente. 1 flute of champagne: oxidised at $38! All for $220. Great mockery and a restaurant definitely NOT worthy of representing Italian cuisine in the world. Made for chickens like us who wanted to taste a plate of pasta after two weeks. Surely, none of the Italian staff would have eaten it. Probably the chef or whoever prepared it was not even Italian and, passing himself off as such, before bringing out such a dish, he makes sure it is correct! Total disappointment... not to mention the champagne flute, oxidised, unknown brand, at 38 dollars, another mockery!
