   This restaurant was a DEFINITE 10!!! Our first time there, our food server was absolutely lovely. We were not rushed at all, especially in between courses. Our food came out piping hot, which is always a plus for me as I don’t appreciate when the food is not hot. The cocktails were beyond delicious. The pistachio gelato with a pistachio martini was a perfect way to end our fantastic Easter Sunday meal . We will be going back again VERY SOON!!!

   One of my favorite places to eat. Food is fantastic and the ambience is beautifully rustic They have a great selection of delicious cocktails as well.

   I have been to Il Nido with my family on at least 3 prior occasions and have not been disappointed with the food or service. This time I went with my friends for a birthday celebration. The food was delicious as usual from the appetizer to dessert. I had the branzino which was seasoned perfectly and delightfully crispy. We shared a few desserts with my favorite being the Italian donuts with cannoli cream. Our server was knowledgeable on all the menu items and provided helpful suggestions. She was attentive without being overbearing. Overall a wonderful dinner with good friends.

    I’m sorry that Il Nido decided to get a liquor license. The cocktails were delicious but the wine was overpriced, the list not very expansive or exciting. The glasses of red we ordered were served in glassware that was too small and the wine was warm. They really need to up their game. Our server was very accommodating and helpful. All the food was delicious except for the special tagliatelle carbonara which was so salty to make it almost inedible. We were not the only table complaining about this dish. They did not charge us for this entree which was the right thing to do. My ricotta gnocchi was delicious as was the Caesar salad and the shrimp arancini.
