Welcome to IL Porto, where we've brought a little piece of Italy to Brooklyn. Using the finest ingredients and wood burning brook oven, we produce traditional thin crust pizza baked to perfection. Our delicious entrees are prepared using recipes passed from generation to generation and are complimented by our homemade desserts.                       This place amazed me. The food was amazing. We went for lunch but the chef was kind enough to still make the octopus for us and it was GREAT. From the appetizers to the main course was finger licking good. The tiramisu was great!!!

                      We loved how kind the staff was. They provided us with all of the new years decorations and the unlimited wine was a great deal. Food and ambiance was delish. Jazz music was great

                      Il Porto continues to be the best neighborhood Italian place. We tend to come earlier in the evening because we have small children. The staff and the owner are so welcoming! The pizzas are delicious and the pastas never disappoint. Don't sleep on the baked clams or the crab croquettes.

                      Found this place on OpenTable looking for an Italian restaurant in Brooklyn. Was pleasantly surprised that they had live music, which added so much to the experience. Beautiful restaurant and great staff. The owner was attentive and made sure to check on all the tables. Will be back!

                      Never ceases to impress. I make it a point to bring friends with me so that I can order multiple dishes which I have never tried before. We ordered at least six menu items on a recent visit and every one was superb. Their pizza is my favorite in all of Brooklyn. Definitely my "go to" place to dine when I travel to Brooklyn on business.

                      We enjoyed our experience so much! It was our first time. The service was great and so was the food. So many choices and each dish beautifully and tastefully prepared. A great value as well. Plus the live music on a Saturday night made it truly festive. Thanks for a great evening with friends. We can’t wait to come back!
