   Mixed experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was hit-or-miss. The appetizers lacked flavor, but the main dish fish was good. However, the extremely loud ambiance made conversation impossible. If you're looking for a lively spot for entertainment, this might be the place. But if you prioritize good food and a pleasant dining atmosphere, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

   We had the most amazing time at Ilios! We went to celebrate my bachelorette, and we were SO impressed by the fire show! We loved smashing the plates and getting chosen to dance with the staff in front of the restaurant. We had an absolute blast! We didn't realize that the entire restaurant was open to the outdoors and had no AC, so we were definitely sweating the entire time, but it was still so much fun!

   Superb atmosphere, amazing place to have great night! Food and service was great, and the music is amazing, so globally diverse and culturally accepting. Loved dancing to so many types of music, so refreshing! Service folks, please don't rush the customers and be very transparent on the cost of things.

   Everything was overcooked, service wasn’t great, charges for drinks were surprising. Tipping situation at the end was quite awkward, we weren’t given options they just tried to add to the machine what they thought was best. Ambiance is cool but had much better meals elsewhere

    Pésimo servicio de parte de las hostes y jefa de hostes . Muy mala actitud. No concuerda su servicio con el tipo de restaurante (recomiendo revisar al personal ) . He visitado diferentes restaurantes del grupo Andersons. Pero este de Tulum las hostes tienen el peor servicio que puedas imaginar. Si estás acostumbrado a ir a buenos restaurantes y que te atiendan con buen servicio este nos es el indicado. No pierdas tu tiempo. No vale la pena.
