This is a hotel restaurant. Expect that and you won't care. We did not expect that and it was the worst meal of our trip. Weird texture dumplings, extremely overpriced, and couldn't even get a table forever even with a reservation. Ended up outside at a table meant for 8 to 10 people with just 3, me , my husband and 2 kids. Service was slow. Could see Epcot fireworks and that was the only redeeming quality. Sushi was overpowered by cucumber and a spicy mayo (oki roll). If you go in knowing what to expect it's fine. I thought I read high praise a few months ago during booking and I was very much mistaken.

Sushi and sashimi were incredible! Requested a dish not on the menu,pork belly, prepared however the chef preferred and it was out of this world!

Placing a Reservation for the Omakase was difficult and ambiguous as I was not sure if the reservation for Omakase was indeed made. Once upon arrival, we proceeded to the 9th floor where the event was located. The elevator did not allow us to go to the 9th floor. Hmmm.? After asking someone at the front desk why the elevator did not work she says the restaurant was not open till 6pm. Our reservation was at 5:30. We told her that we were there for the Omakase (Only Available on Sunday) and our reservation was at 5:30. She said that someone would come down for us. *Shouldn't the instructions have been noted on the reservation? Upon arrival at the Restaurant, our server sat us at the Sushi bar and told us that we were the only reservation, However, another couple, must have had the same reservation issue, joined the group 10 minutes later. Obviously, the Chefs were not prepared for another couple of people as it is a specialized menu. They worked diligently to cover the additional people. Our waitress asked us if we wanted regular Soy or Lite Soy so we opted for the Lite Soy. Once the sushi was served we were told by the sushi chef that we shouldn't dip as he already put soy on our sushi. Weird !!! but ok. The food was amazing and our Sushi Chefs were pleasant, However, they were also inundated with orders from the main dining room. You could tell that they were very stressed. We ordered a bottle of Saki and it was fantastic. Overall it was a fantastic way to spend our Anniversary.! BEWARE ......They add a 26% Service Charge to the Bill Interesting dining experience for 500 ++++

The restaurant is very pretty. On entering the host were nice. We were sat quickly and effectively. It took the server a while to come greet us not to mention that we asked for our drinks 3 times until they appeared at our table. Food did not all come out at once it staggered. Quality of the food was ok but nothing memorable. The server was not around very much. I thought it was ok but no need to go back.

Our waitress, Sarah, was amazing. Super attentive and very knowledgeable. Food was absolutely delicious and beautiful views on the rooftop!

Delicious Japanese cuisine and unique drinks.Great atmosphere especially if you want to watch the fireworks. Valentina was very personable.

Fantastic food and service! Fireworks viewing was the icing on the cake. Taylor was an outstanding server who made great recommendations.

Our experience was incredible. From the service to the ambiance to the attention to detail in the food. The sushi is some of the best we have ever had and the teriyaki salmon melts in your mouth. Valet is also validated. This place was way better than we expected on every level. We will definitely go again. Our server May P was excellent, friendly patient and helpful. Hands down 5 stars.
