   We have eaten previously at Indigo and enjoyed it, and this, too, was no exception. Staff were friendly and attentive. We had the pre-theatre set menu with a choice of 3 starters, mains and desserts. There was something there for everyone. The bread was equally delicious. A great meal with lovely surroundings and very convenient for many shows. We will be back.

   Great service and high quality food. All Gluten free which was great for my coeliac mother in law who loved being able to choose from the whole menu.

   The food was stunning. We chose from the pre theatre menu and the team made sure we were looked after and made sure that we were at the theatre at the perfect time for the show. The wine and water were frequently topped up and we were made to feel special. My only ask is that the web page is up to date with the active menu. I had pre chosen what I was going to eat, only to find the menu was slightly different.

   Such a wonderful dinner. Everything was perfect — the food, the wine, the service — everything. Highly recommended. You’ll never know that it is gluten and dairy free.

   Dined here twice, first as a table of ten for a birthday celebration and then with my mum the following day before the theatre. The food is fully gluten and dairy free and absolutely exceptional (my friends without these dietary requirements didn’t even notice the difference!). Dishes are beautifully presented with a focus on seasonal UK produce. Between us we probably tried every dish and they were all excellent. Service was equally attentive for a small and large table with crowd pleasing wine suggestions. Perfect for a pre theatre dinner (with a very reasonable set menu), date night or catch up with friends, I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant.

   Excellent service. Attentive and very accommodating of allergies. Worked up an entire tasting menu that was safe for someone with many allergies.

   Indigo is an unusual restaurant perched on the mezzanine level of One Aldwych Hotel, which gives it a unique feel and a nice ambience. I have been there twice before, but will not go again. The prices are high, even for the pre-theatre meal at £42 for 2 courses and £49 for 3 courses - the a la carte is more expensive. I wouldn't mind paying this, as the quality is good, but the portions are VERY small, and we couldn't help feeling short changed. Tea/coffee with petit fours (2 chocolates) is an eye watering £7.
