DO NOT GO HERE. Place is deserted. I wouldn’t eat seafood from a restaurant that has PRIME real estate on the water but no customers (so much so that they let the neighboring restaurant use their parking lot for valet). This place was once family owned and a consistent highlight of every summer and it’s just sad to see what it has become. Save your time. Save your money. Save your digestive tract. Go ANYWHERE else for a delicious seafood dinner.

The Inlet Cafe is by far one of the best places we have eaten at in a very long time. Beautiful atmosphere and scenery. The restaurant decor was outstanding as was the service, the food and staff. Paul was the perfect host. We will definitely be going back time and time again.

Overall our dinner was very nice and the staff was very pleasant. They seemed to be a little overwhelmed or understaffed maybe? That is how it is these days. Luckily we had the time to spend enjoying the view and the meal. The food was good as where the cocktails.

We have been dining here for 2 decades, This particular visit was a complete disaster. We ordered 2 sets of appetizers for the table and 4 meals. After an hour of waiting, the entrees came but the appetizers were never delivered. We told them not to bother.

We understand your frustration and have fixed the errors we had from time to time. Opening 4th of July weekend in 2022 opposed to opening in March for the last 55 years is very different. Our goal was to open before the season with a veteran kitchen staff but it unfortunately did not work out that way. Our recent and current staff over the last two weeks has been the staff at 2 well known restaurants in the area over last 12 years. New menu release Oct 1 with Fine Dining Fall/Winter. Hope to see you back so we can give you the great experience you deserve.

They must be understaffed because we ordered our drinks and after that three waiter/waitresses came over to ask if someone came over we said yes . We ordered our appetizers, even though it came quick enough it was wrong. Nobody came to take our meal order and I asked three different people to find our waiter. it was laughable that we decided to just sit to see how long it would take someone to come. After a half hour we threw cash on table to cover our drinks and 2 appetizers. Sorry will not go back.
