Reservations for our upcoming "Sweetheart Experience" are now open! The Experience will be February 5th - 16th!

Our menu is curated by Executive Chef Johnny Duran and is updated seasonally to reflect his creative approach to California-Mediterranean inspired fare, using the freshest ingredients provided by our local purveyors.

Aside from our impeccable hospitality, insideOUT is known for their over-the-top seasonal experiences. We also provide customized private event planning with venue buyout options. More information can be found on our website.

    It was our first time there and we enjoyed the open air concept. The service was impeccable, shout out Thomas. The food was delicious and we can't wait to come back!

    It was a bit loud but it was perfect. Fast service they kept our water refilled , I have an onion allergy and they were very quick to get me a new meal with no problems they were very kind and attentive . Just amazing customer service over all I recommend this place to anyone who is in San Diego . Don’t walk , RUN !

    We really loved the space! It had a great, almost club like atmosphere. I ordered the filet mignon, which I had to cook table side. It was brought to me on a hot stone. It came with rustic potatoes, best potatoes I ever had. My fiance ordered the chicken breast, the chicken was very bland and dry, he was pretty disappointed. Over all great experience, staff was very friendly, will come back.

    We will never return. The host did not mention the birthday I included in the reservation and even mentioned. The menu is really limited. My husband ordered the salmon entree and has been severely ill since. I’m contacting the restaurant to inform them once they open. I never have bad experiences .. we love dining out and have apparently been lucky. This experience was terrible. The worst!! Finally the prices do not equate to the quality. There was nothing special about our food, quality or preparation.

    This is a extremely disappointing experience, the fact that a whole restaurant drives patrons in based on “a theme” having NO THEME, no decor was a complete letdown, maybe let us know that you’re in the middle of a transition and let us decide if we would love to rebook our reservation or continue with the one currently booked.. food was mid if that, service was definitely underwhelming & the fact that no one knew what strawberry lemonade was, was a bit odd. Basically this was a flop. Sadly.

    the food was cold and the bread was hard. we had to call the waitress to come and couple of times .

    Great experience. Portions were kind of small this time. But very tasty. Service was impeccable!! Previous decor was better than the Christmas decor. But still very nice.
