                                                                                                    There is a new menu. A much smaller menu. The menu was one of the reasons we go because there is usually something for everyone. This has changed. It was a bit disappointing. Service was so so. They got one of our meals wrong. The server didn't offer to take my king of the hill reward off of the check. And I didn't remember until it was too late. It was a so so meal. Something I don't understand is the dessert menu. It seems to be the unchanged. I would order something if there was anything good but I never see anything worth ordering. And it is disappointing.

                                                                                                    Food was subpar. Salad was not the freshest and cucumbers turning bad. Calamari was overcooked and dry. Meal quality has been changing over the years and unfortunately each time is getting less and less appealing. The waitress kindly comp’d the salad from the meal. However, the continued degradation of the food quality has us less likely returning anytime soon. We have been long time rewards members so it does make us sad to report this.

                                                                                                    One of the worst evenings ever .. 45 minutes from the time orders placed till the first meal delivered. Dinners arrived piece meal. One dinner cold . This transpired will all table around us received their meals promptly. Manager did try to make things right, which I commend her for it, but still this unreasonable delay cause us to miss an important event. This is not the first time I have had a less than satisfactory experience at this restaurant. NEVER again will I eat at this restaurants

                                                                                                    We had almost an hour wait between the time we ordered our food and when it arrived and not all items we ordered were available (salmon)...for a 6:00 reservation. The chicken dish was dry, but the other dishes were good. Our server, Annaliese was great!

                                                                                                    Our server consistently took a long time to take our order and bring us various dishes. When we received our main dish, the fries were room temperature. We had to flag down a manager and ask them to be replaced. The server also was not courteous or welcoming. It was a busy night, but the service could have been much better.

                                                                                                    Had to return the meal as it was cold. The schnitzel used to be so good! Now it’s over breaded and smothered with an extremely salty sausage gravy. Spinach is about the worst vegetable you can serve, especially loaded with garlic. Portions are smaller and cost more, but that’s everywhere post Covid. The meal was comped by the server which was not necessary but appreciated. We’ll try again and order something simpler next time.
