   We were first time customers - menu looked great and we were excited! First round of food orders were good and timely. The rest of the visit went straight downhill. Bar drink mixup took over 25 minutes to get fixed. Then 2nd round of food orders took another 30+ minutes and we ended up canceling it all together. Problem was that the restaurant wasn't that busy! Maybe 2/3 of tables had people. Our server was apologetic, but clearly the bar and kitchen have issues. The food was good but not so good that we will go back, given the operational problems. First and last time customers.

   The food was very good, especially the chorizo and the seafood paella. We had not been there since it opened as Irving Street Tapas because of some past policies due to Covid. I think the environment needs some attention. For example, replacing burnt out lightbulbs. Menus need to be replaced when wrinkled and looking worn.

   Great food and experience. Very thankfully that the staff wanted to stay open longer for our group, very appreciated!

   On a Sunday night at 5 there were very few people in the restaurant and the service was quick and attentive. Delicious food.

   We were able to make a reservation for 8 on a Saturday night an hour in advance. The food and service were good. I'm going to try them again, this time for happy hour.

   All food items were as good as always and items served piping hot. This is a great spot for tapas, which allow you to taste your way through extensive menu.

   I’m a local who had never been. We had a group of 5 from out of town for business, one person with a few different allergies. This was a perfect place for the group. We were greeted warmly and genuinely by the host. The person with allergies was extremely well attended to, without any attitude. The staff was proactive in communicating with them, while still attending to the entire table. Our food was excellent. The two favorites were the Brussels sprouts (cooked perfectly!) and vegan paella (flavorful!). The décor and ambience overall are inviting and energetic. We had no trouble hearing each other at the table, and we were near the kitchen window. Will for sure go back again, especially with visitors.

    We went expecting Spanish food. Tapas serves so much more! The lumpia were delicious. The curry was exciting. The risotto was FULL of delicious vegetables. Abundant vegan and vegetarian options. Service was cordial without being obsequious. Prices were quite reasonable. The setting was interesting with subdued lighting and lots of wood and steel.. We were early, so noise was not a problem. The only complaint I have is that, on this January evening, the room was darn chilly. a cup of hot tea helped.
