Chef Jared and Chef Nate filet fish daily to ensure only the freshest fish is brought your table.                                 The onion crusted corvina was excellent. Crispy crust and tender. Fried spinach is an experience...though I'm not sure how nutritional it really is 😊 Waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. I'd definitely go again. They only have beer and wine...so my friend was disappointed not to have her cocktail...

                                Small, storefront restaurant in Melbourne. Tables are close together increasing the noise and decreasing privacy. However, the food more than makes up for this. This place is known for fresh caught fish and it was outstanding. We had the golden tilefish and the Mahi Mahi and both dishes were superb. Service was very good. We did not have dessert. If you are in the area and want great fish, give Islands a try. You will not be disappointed.

                                Fish purchased daily from local fishermen, which ensures it’s very fresh. I had Black Drum with a creamy dill sauce, one of the best fish dinners I’ve had in a long time. I paired this with fried spinach (a house specialty) and garlic grits which went perfectly with the fish. This is the best fish restaurant in Melbourne.

                                This was our first time dining at Island Fish Grill and we were delighted. The staff was welcoming and attentive. Our server took his time explaining the menu to us and answered our questions. The dinners came to us nicely plated and the fish was prepared wonderfully. Everything taste great and the fried spinach was a true treat. Unfortunately we didn’t have room to try the dessert options. We will definitely be back in the future.

                                Dinner was fantastic. Service was wonderful. My only gripe was the noise. It’s a small dining room with tons of conversations. All in all, a really good date night!!
