    I've had many wonderful dining experiences at Istanbul. But yesterday was very different. Although we had a fairly late seating, we were terribly rushed. It was clear there was not going to be another dinner seating after us, yet, servers grabbed plates before we finished eating and we were asked multiple times by our server if we wanted anything else, in a manner that made us feel that we needed to get going.

    We took friends to Istambul Bay Premium to celebrate the new year. We had a 645 reservation. We arrived promptly at 645 and we're seated immediately. We were served bread (it's fantastic) and water while we reviewed the extensive menu. Our waiter was very attentive and brought our wine choice quickly. We ordered our meals, enjoyed our beet yogurt appetizer. Our meals came out fairly quickly and all were perfectly prepared and presented! We fully enjoyed our meals, ordered Turkish coffee , espresso and rice pudding..all were fantastic. Only critique is that it was a Saturday night..so the restaurant was very busy and a bit noisy..but did not disrupt our table conversation. Extensive menu, good cost to quality value, reasonable cost on wine by the bottle. Service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this restaurant..but make sure to make a reservation.

    The service is Stella. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is wonderful. I’m a frequent flyer at this place.

    Always a terrific place. Chef's liver a great dish and mixed grill is terrific. Turkish coffee awesome

    My husband and I went to Istanbul Bay Premium for the first time on New Years Eve looking for a new dining experience and we weren't disappointed. The ambiance was warm and festive, our server was very personable and helpful in describing our menu choices. The food was delicious and plentiful. We will definitely return.
