Well, it's New Year's Eve, and I can understand some of the limitations. We were a large group, and the restaurant was busy. Our waiter was not readily available for periods of time. The food was very good, but slow in coming. We asked for water and waited so long that we went to the fountain to get it ourselves. They ran out of wine glasses for our wine. We asked for a doggy bag for my wife's meal, although it was fantastic, my wife was not feeling that well, and wanted to take it home. After waiting 20 minutes, we left and saw my wife's plate with the food, in the bin for washing. The waitor presented the bill on a machine with only the amount, no breakdown. I asked if the tip was included in the amount and was told that 18% was included. The machine automatically gets requesting to add an additional tip. As if 18% is not sufficient. Overall, I liked the place, but it needs to work on its service. I entered my email address for the bill but still have not received it.

The pizza was good, but the service was awful. Despite having a reservation, it took them 20 minutes to seat us. They served us a salad without dressing, and the waitstaff repeatedly forgot about us. To make things worse, people from the boardwalk kept walking in wearing bathing suits just to use the bathroom, creating a chaotic and unpleasant atmosphere. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

The food was good but the entrees came out one at a time 10 minutes apart for our party of 6. So the first people were long done by the time the final entree arrived. There seem to be issues with their ordering system. Also there was a non service dog at the table next to us who appeared to be given water by the waitress out of a serving dish.

The food is very good but the service is horrible. The servers just wander aimlessly asking every table whether they ordered whatever it is that they’re carrying. So our two kids were served 40 minutes apart, and it took 60 minutes from our first person served to our last….in a family of four!!

We had an amazing dinner!! We had a pizza which was thin and Naples style with a delicious light sauce. The pasta was so good and the pastas are made fresh in house. Server was also great! We look forward to our next trip to Hollywood so we can try more dishes.

Service was horrible, pasta was so salty, never offered water, had to ask for bread and pay for it. Spoke to the “manager” as we were leaving and he could only offer excuses. This place will not make it, even relying on tourist who won’t know better

Best italian food we tried ever. We were 8 ppl for thanksgiving night, we eat so good and their service was amazing.
