Established in 1967, ITALIAN | PRIME at Salvatore's is recognized as one of Western New York's premier full-service fine dining restaurant. The chefs have created an inspired menu with Steaks, Seafood and Italian Cuisine. Awards include the DiRONA and the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence — Two Cups.

Our team of Chefs are continually updating the menu and services with creative offerings and is now noted as Buffalo's only Italian Steakhouse.

The Chandelier Bar, at Salvatore's, has become a destination on its own. The Salvatores have created a relaxing contemporary space for a casual meal, happy hours, weekday specials and live music.

Loved the food and the atmosphere in this restaurant is very professional, the staff are so accommodating I will definitely go again when I’m in town .

Good food, steak was a little overdone, lobster bisque was amazing, but eating in the equivalent of a “wedding hall” for a $100+ per person meal is not something I would spend my money on again. I’m guessing we were in the “overflow” room, but let the pricing reflect that as well.

The prime rib we ordered medium however received it and it was very well done to the point that it was hard to cut with a knife. The lobster ravioli with the side of lobster tail was okay however the lobster tail was very hard to chew and was rubbery

Food took nearly two hours, steak was cold when it arrived, waitress didn't check in after leaving appetizers. Disappointed to say the least.
