The restaurant boasts a stunning ambiance, with trees and an abundance of plants that create the illusion of dining in a forest, which is quite remarkable. However, this is where the enchantment ends. Regrettably, the food is predominantly fried and lacks flavor. The arancini were so tough that I struggled to pick them up with a fork; one even fell to the floor. The squid had no discernible taste, while the zucchini was passable, and the bread was exceptional, warm from the oven. The main course, seabass, was bland, necessitating a request for a slice of lemon to enhance its flavor. The fish and chips were excessively oily and heavy on the stomach. I had requested the waitress to replace my chips with rice before the main course was served, yet she brought both and charged me for each. Although there is a service charge included in the bill, it seems unwarranted as the service was lacking. We were left with crumbs on the table after our main courses for an extended period until we opted to forgo dessert and simply requested the bill. The reception staff were very kind and accommodating. This will be my first and last visit. Thank you, Ivy

Food was good it felt like it could have been more flavourful though and portions could be bigger too but still nice. Decor was stunning and staff were amazing 🤩 Service was a quite slow unfortunately but very friendly and kind staff The ladies washroom was also amazing! Gorgeous decor and smelt like a hotel spa Will need to try some cocktails here soon

We were looked after by Ross who was really friendly and helpful We had a lovely meal, great wine and finished off with a lovely cocktail Love the cloak room and being able to pop our shopping in there too!

A lovely restaurant staff very polite and attentive . Food was lovely but I like my food piping hot and it wasn’t but that didn’t stop me enjoying it .

Excellent service mostly. Because it was so busy, we waited a long while for our request for further drinks. Good food. Well presented.

We sat there for 34 minutes before our waitress came over. She apologized, the hostess didn’t tell her we were there. The hostess did not apologize. We had 2 courses, it took two and a half hours…

Honestly, It was a pleasure! The Service from the staff from the off was faultless. In such a busy atmospheric restaurant, All 5 of us dining couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Drinks and food orders were taken fast and efficiently and all served in the same fashion. It really is the making of succes. Ivy Liverpool.. you’ve nailed it ! Thanks so much
