Worst experience ever! We had a reservation, arrived there on time, still had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated, cause they are definitely short on staff. After another 10 minutes we placed an order. 40 minutes later, I asked if they could serve at least hummus (the appetizer). The lady sitting next to us said they waited for 1.5 hours for their food. The waiter we asked about hummus looked confused, but in another 10 minutes the hummus appeared (not with pita bread as advertised, but with some chips). It was delicious, I must say. Then our waitress came up to us and said that they lost our order at the kitchen, meaning they were cooking NOTHING for us for all this time!!!!! This is just ridiculous! We couldn’t believe our ears, my husband even asked again. Nope, nothing. They apologized and said hummus was on them, but really, are you serious?! This is the first time in my life, that I come across such a disrespect to clients and their time!

We have already read this same opinion that I left on Google and I will reply to you the same adding a third apology with the respect that you deserve, apparently it is not enough for you: Hi Alena, we are sincerely sorry that you had this experience in our restaurant. We understand how frustrating the situation was, and we deeply apologize for the mistakes made, from waiting to confusion with your order. Just as you have said, TODAY we were short of personnel, however we did not stop and we moved forward even in adversity and with humility we apologized and recognized the mistake, at no time did we feel that we disrespected you, as you say because it is not our style. Greetings, we regret that you did not like the food, it is respected... Our dishes are made with quality and fresh products and are made at the moment and the preparation time is a little longer than fast food restaurants or those that use frozen products... Today we do recognize that it was longer than usual because we were so full with reservations, being a day January 1st and one of the few restaurants open in the area... We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Greetings

Really enjoyed the place and the food! Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable!Food was really really good! We simply did not enjoy the staff talking out loud with personal matters- takes away from the experience.Also the music on the background was from the radio and played the commercials which can be annoying. We plan to return!

Im picky and Everything was amazing, duck tacos were insane, crazy flavor, scallops were good, the pork on risotto was their house specialty and was absolutely amazing. Drinks were spot on, super nice people.
