   The waitress barely acknowledged us the entire time. It took a little over an hour for the entree to arrive. No communication in the meantime. My wine glass smelled like a dirty well. I had asked for another glass of it. The bill was given with the to-go containers and the table clean up person took it. No one ever said bye or thank you. It was not busy, AT ALL lots of reservation slots were available for the night FYI. It was very cold in there; I will not be returning, not even for drinks based on smell of my glass. I ain’t got time.

   The overall experience was good. They don’t rush you out. The food was really good as all 4 in our party were very pleased. The one thing I thought was the portion was small compared to the price. This goes for all food that we ordered. I’d check the menu before making your decision to go.

   No hostess, waited 15 minutes before anyone assisted us. The restaurant was extremely loud and very dark. Once seated, we waited another 15 minutes then decided to leave since no-one came to the table to acknowledge us . The prices were exorbitantly high. Do not recommend.

   Entertained friends/clients, steak lovers, food and service perfect, lighting perfect for a steakhouse too. We will return, great evening. Thanks.

   We ordered a 12 once filet mignon to share with my wife and I. What we got looked much less than 12 onces. We discussed this with the restaurant and they assured us it was 12 onces. So we felt gyped on the quantity, not the quality.

    We dined at Jack’s on New Year’s Eve as we have done in previous years. This time we were sat in a small back room that smelled horrible, and had the loudest 8 party table seated in the very small space (I’d asked to be seated in the main dining area, but was told the only available tables were reserved for larger parties). My husband and I could barely hear each other speak! All of the other tables were also giving that party the side-eye when they would erupt into boisterous laughter, so we weren’t the only ones bothered by the loud group. This night, the food was mediocre to boot. For $200, I expect my food to be great! I’ve eaten here on many occasions, but after this experience I will definitely think twice about dining here again.
