I was very disappointed in the ambience!!! My girlfriends and I showed up to dine and celebrate my birthday at this restaurant and turned completely around especially when we saw the second floor! It was a mess and out of order! The patio/deck was the same. What we saw in person was nothing close to what is pictured on the website! We were hoping to make this a business we can frequent, but nah!

They did not close down their reservations on open table or in house, I made a reservation for the 4th, had I not called I would have never known. They didn't offer any type of consolation for it. If you have special events that should be the first thing you remember to do.

Jackson Brewery is no longer a brewery. We were there at 7PM the place was empty the service was slow and the menu was small. Not a place to have dinner. Maybe a beer or two. We ordered a mixed appetizer plate which was very below average. Do not go here if you want authentic anything.

we got there and they said they did not see our reservation... after checking otu the menu.. there was not a very big selection we left!

I went here with a group of friends for dinner on Saturday night. Service was VERY slow, the food order came out wrong, and the server seemed really stressed and flustered (despite the fact that there was hardly anyone there). We ended up getting a round if drinks free and 50% off our bill.

There was no one in the restaurant aside from our party, which was a 11 person bachelorette party. The swrvice was poor and the food did not make up for it. I would never go back and I would only recommend to an enemy. It seems that it is more of a night club atmosphere and less of a restaurant which would have been good to know before hand.

I asked for a list of the beers they brew. They no longer brew beer but had some local beers on tap. The hummus appetizer was good, but the burger was not. There was a wedding reception upstairs and that may have affected the service. But in New Orleans, where there are so many great food options, skip this one.

Soooo many other better options in Nola. This is a bar, atmosphere was awful. Service was slow, waitstaff nice but very inexperienced. Food was mediocre at best. Will not go back.
