When I showed up on time for my reservation, I waited far to long for a hostess (either of 2) to even acknowledge the people in line. Both were so busy talking on the phone for so long that people gave up waiting to go and search for tables. Only then did someone even acknowledge the line and start to seat people properly. They finally seated us then couldn't recall our reservation when others in our party joined the table. Maybe I'm just old-school, but having people in front of you should take precedent over taking on the phone / making a phone call while people are waiting; who booked in advance; and who had tolerated the inadequate parking availability given the size of the restaurant.

We met a friend here for lunch today! The restaurant was bright and beautifully decorated for Christmas. The restaurant was very busy with lots of holiday visiting going on! Although it was really busy the servers were calm and efficient! My husband and I both ordered steak and parm frites! They were beautifully prepared as to our orders, delicious as well. Our guest had the Landing burger which she said was also delicious and perfectly prepared. A lovely dining experience!

Wow! Fantastic from start to finish! The food was incredible! Best espresso martini I’ve ever had, Dip trio was so good. My steak was cooked perfectly and the flavour of everything was delicious! Jackson’s Landing did not disappoint! Thank you for making my birthday a special one!

We celebrated my friends birthday. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Our server was very nice and attentive. Everyone's meals were delicious. Cocktails were really good, too. Our server even surprised the birthday girl with a sticky toffee pudding with a sparkle. It too was amazing. We will definitely dine there again.

The food was very good quality. Most of the seating at this location is booths, making it ideal for a business lunch. The service was also exceptional and friendly.

Everything was great. It was a work dinner to celebrate Christmas together. The restaurant was great. Server was awesome! The atmosphere was nice. My only negative would be that it was very loud until the large table near us cleared out, then it wasn't so bad. 3 of the steaks at the table were a bit overcooked from what they ordered but the flavour was great. I will definitely be back. Prices were very reasonable!

Had a great evening. Hadn’t been in a year and was pleasantly surprised with half price bottle wine Wednesday. Icing on the cake!
