   Our server Bella was very good and attentive!!!! We enjoyed our meals. Things have changed a bit. Liked it better before. Although, our service was excellent.

   We are frequent diners at Jameson, a neighborhood favorite. Told my husband I just wanted a nice wine tonight! Ordered a mid price Chardonnay and was told “oh we are out of it.” So rather than ordering the most expensive went with the other choice. Not my favorite. So when we ordered a second drink I switched to a Pinot Grigio. Told again, “we are out.” Needless to say I was disappointed. Our server tried to correct but it wasn’t what was wanted. We love the value of what we get at Jameson! Our meal was good. Soup nice and hot. Entrees could have been hotter. We will return but hope they stock the bar so on a Friday night they are not “out” of their best wine choices.

   My family which included two elderly family members and two adults with disabilities were treated aggressively when asking for a different table. We have been here many times throughout the years and have never had such a negative experience. We did take into account it was Easter Sunday and that is why we waited an hour in a half for the food. That however does not excuse the treatment by hostile the older man that escorted us to our table.

   Love Jamesons! Always have great food and welcoming atmosphere. Servers are nice and helpful

   The food was bad & cold, presentation was poor. Definitely won't go back or recommend.for being an upscale restaurant & the economy is certainly thought better for Jamesons.

   I thought the older man who I believe was the owner or manager was very rude. We arrived earlier than our reservation and he put us in the bar area. I told him I wanted a table in the dining area. He then took us to this very small booth in the corner that was so tight my family and I could fit because there was no legroom and my son is 6’5. We then was only offered the first table in the bar area. Service was okay. The server did his best but he had several tables to serve. The food was good and came out hot. Overall, it was ok but the manager or owner was very rude.

   Busy Easter lunch time and the servers and bus boy's were hustling so fast! The food came very quickly and it was all delicious. Always pleased with Jameson's Charhouse.

   An unexpected poor experience. The Shrimp appetizer was fabulous, as always. Ordered the boneless ribeye medium rare. It came medium well and tough. The veggies were barely warm. I didn't want a starch, so I asked for double veggies. Was charged extra. Why ? It will be a long while before I come back. Longhorn is better, and way less money.

   Great food and great service! Our waitress Bella did a great job although it took a long time for our meal to come.

    Service and staff were great. Value for the items on the menu were great. We have gone to this location many times. This time the soup was very tasty but served lukewarm. The ribs were also not warm enough, the shrimp was well done. Had to ask for beverage refills,
