                                                                              One of our orders was wrong . A new meal had to be made and everyone else was done eating by the time it came. Waiter wax not fluent in English which was part of the problem. Otherwise very pleasant and we had a good time. All other meals were very good.

                                                                              We frequently eat at Jamesons, and are rarely disappointed. This time we went on a busy Saturday night, and the staff was having a tough time keeping up with the demands of a crowded restaurant. The food was decent, but not up to their usual standards. I ordered my steak medium, and it came medium rare, and the baked potato look like it had been sitting and getting cold for quite a while. We will go back but probably not on a Saturday night.

                                                                              We had a Friday evening reservation at Jameson's Charhouse and when we arrived it was closed. No lights on, no sign as to what's what.

                                                                              Our dinner was excellent! I had the filet and shrimp special and my husband had prime rib. Both cooked to perfection. This restaurant is a great deal with soup, salad and a side included! Highly recommend!

                                                                              The staff kept bumping into me and my guests chairs. We kept moving the table but too packed in. Uncomfortable to say the least. They ran out of baked potatoes and did not tell us or allow us to make another choice. Some kind of mashed potatoes were dumped in our plate. How does a steak house run out of baked potatoes. And why wouldn’t you ask what we would like instead. It was our waitress second day. She was very nice. My guest wanted her soup and salad and baked potato to bring home. When her fish and now mashed potatoes came they were in a to go container. We had to ask to be plated. That was a bummer.

                                                                              The decor needs a good update. The bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned and there’s dust about an inch thick in there. Makes you wonder what else doesn’t get cleaned.
