Chef Alexa Numkena-Anderson's "Inɨ́sha", is an Indigenous fine dining experience. Inɨ́sha means "My Daughter" in the Yakama Tribal Language. Focusing on indigenous foodways, food sovereignty, modern takes on traditional tribal recipes, and only sourcing ingredients from 'Turtle Island' with inspiration from Alexa's tribal afflictions of the Hopi, Yakama, Skokomish & Cree Nations. The menu will be dairy-free, gluten-free, soy-free, and Cane sugar-free and only source proteins native to this continent, this means no Pork, Chicken, or Beef instead we will use Wild Boar, Bison, Duck, Goose, Rabbit & Tribal Caught Fish. We will eat how the indigenous peoples of this land would have. Food is Medicine.
