We don't take ourselves too seriously at Jax Fish House. Two things we do take seriously? The freshness and sustainability of our seafood. You know fresh fish when you see, smell, and taste it-and thanks to modern delivery technology, we bring in that freshy-fresh seven days a week. Sustainability is a little more complicated. Not all commercial fisheries are created equal. That's why we work closely with our suppliers and science-based organizations to ensure that every single thing we serve is responsibly sourced. We consider the stocks of the species we source to prevent overfishing and we work with suppliers who harvest in ways that have minimal impacts on marine environments.

We spent Christmas Eve mid afternoon dinner. Everyone was in the mood for fun and it certainly was that. Thank you for sharing our Christmas this year.

Overall an average experience. Peel n Eat shrimp were amazing! Oysters average, calamari underwhelming. Hush puppies were good. The server obviously forgot to order our calamari and tried to ignore the fact. Then the manager tried to bring out another calamari for no reason. We ordered some oysters that were on the larger size and server announced they looked like chicken breasts - totally couldn’t eat them after that. Oh well, we’ll give it another try in the new year.

This was a great place to go. I was worried about us having our 4 kids with us on this dinner experience, but Jax was very accommodating, and the experience was great for all. The food was excellent, and our waiter was very attentive any time we needed something we did not have to ask the waiter was on the way with it but at the same time was not one of the hovering over the table waiter. Watched from a distance and as passing by to check other tables would see what was needed and took cate of it. It was an awesome experience at this restaurant.

Loved the Christmas Pop up bar and the food was delicious! The service was top notch. Totally worth every penny!

The cocktails and raw bar are wonderful. I meant however the food seems to be inconsistent. This is the second time I had the seafood stew and the first time it was wonderful. This time, it was dry and with very little sauce. I was disappointed.

Jax Fish House exceeded our expectations! Food was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful , just a couple of minutes walk from Hotel Exchange, and the atmosphere and vibe was spot on! Highly recommend!

Happy is a great deal and the holiday pop up theme was truly fun! We had a great server and the food was awesome. Highly recommend!
