We hadn't been to Jayde 16 before. We used to go to Jayde Fusion when it was on the main floor of the M casino. The menu was a different format but thought we would give it a try for my wife's birthday. We were pleasantly surprised. The flavor of everything was top notch. Service was great. For a party of 5, the bill was reasonable. We are definitely coming back when the weather warms up so we can enjoy the outdoor patio on the 16th floor.

The sticky ribs, pepper steak and prawns were fantastic. Customer service was excellent!! Will be back!!

I had a horrible experience with the host (I believe her name was Amy). She did not want to accommodate us to a better seat, even though we had a reservation. She kept making excuses, saying that those seats were also reserved even if I say we can wait.. We spent over two hours at the restaurant and never saw anyone sitting at the window seats. Additionally, the menu lacked variety, and the poor service right from the start made the whole experience unpleasant. The location is great, and the view is beautiful, but I urge you to consider whether you want to dine in a place where you spend a considerable amount of money only to receive this level of service.

I wish I could say it was great but I found it just Meh. Firstly, they ask that you dress business casual and 90% of patrons were in sneakers and baseball caps. The seating was located in the bar and was noisy. We were expecting, with the website description, the pricing, and the dress code, to have more of an elegant experience but it was crowded with the tables in the bar (I believe that was to only area they had open for seating because they had so little reservations), and hotel patrons standing around waiting for their pickup orders apparently. The amount of food was appropriate but the cook and taste was just okay. Not worth the price unfortunately.

Neat room… nice views… really wanted to like this as our server was delightful, but the food was just BAD. WAY too much rice that falls apart with “ok” nigiri… not great cuts. The shareable and specialty entree we had (crispy broccoli and honey chicken) were just plain bad. Broccoli tasted awful and honey chicken is cheap, over fried chicken bits in hard batter… Again, wanted to like this room, but the food just is not good at all.

My son and I took his girlfriend to Jayde to celebrate her birthday and it was such a wonderful and delicious surprise!! It was also our first time dining there and will definitely not our last. The service is awesome and the food was excellent!!!
