Though Jean-Georges Vongerichten is one of the world’s most famous chefs, his skills extend far beyond the kitchen. A savvy businessman and restaurateur, Jean-Georges is responsible for the operation and success of over 60 restaurants worldwide. Following in his footsteps of his restaurants in London, New York, Paris and Kyoto, Jean-Georges at The Leinster will mark his first foray into Ireland.

Jean-Georges’ culinary vision has redefined industry standards and revolutionized the way we eat. Jean-Georges is involved in every aspect of his restaurants – concept, menu, architectural design, staff selection and trainings – in an ongoing effort to create restaurants that are both timely and enduring.                                                                       Food service was very slow - almost 2 hours from arrival to get main course. Mains were cleared, and we we told we needed to go as they needed the table back! - before we were even given dessert menus. Other tables were available. They apologised and changed their minds, but the slow and poor service really took away from the evening. We had booked for a birthday celebration which wasn't acknowledged. The Stone Bass was delicious- but having been there before and recommended the restaurant- I couldn't after this experience.
