I cannot explain in words the phenomenal service presented by Joe, Mike, and the team last night. They were the very best servers I have had the pleasure to meet at a restaurant. Joe set the bar so high for delivery and client satisfaction, I’m not sure anyone will ever be able to reach. A massive thank you to the staff for an exceptional evening out!

Excellent food. Sam, our waiter/bartender was amazing. We expected prices to be at the upper end, but was worth it. Will go back

Nice establishment have not been there in a long time. Service was very good. Food was very good also but menu is somewhat limited. Very expensive as well.

Dining at Jeff Ruby's is more than just about the incredible food – it’s a full experience. We started with delicious seafood appetizers, followed by a mouthwatering steak and seafood dinner, and ended with some of the best desserts we’ve ever had. Everything was spot on and absolutely delicious! Our server, Mark, was exceptional – attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel like we were with an old friend. I highly recommend it!

Dinner for 4 with appetizer, two drinks and dessert with a tip was 485 dollars. The steak quality for the NY strip seemed to be less than previous steaks I have had here. They used to melt like butter in your mouth but this time it was chewy and grainy. Seasoned well but just not up to the price point of the menu.

When we first walked in i was a little distracted because i broke my strap on my heel. But that soon went away with the amazing and welcoming staff. They sat us and as soon as we were sat the manager came over and offered to find me some super glue to fix my shoe. Thats what i call amazing customer service. As the night went on the service was so amazing and astonishing. I would definitely recommend anyone to go there.

As always, a step above all other restaurants in Columbus. Phenomenal food, extremely great service, every step of the meal is so well thought out. Drink recommendations were spot on, A5 wagyu ribeye was the highlight of the evening. Just 5 stars all around.
