We did not know that this was going to be a buffet until we got there. We were very impressed by all of the choices and how well the food was served and replaced in the buffet. Totally loved it!

I've been to Jen's many times but this time I was disappointed. Our reservation was 30 minutes late and the food was just ordinary. It was a buffet but the food was lukewarm. The carving station ham was good but the little piece of beef was fatty and I didn't take it. This was our first time at a buffet at Jen's and it will be our last. The regular menu is much better.

Thanksgiving dinner was amazing. Truly tasted homemade like moms!!!! Our 2nd time. We’ll go again next year!

I'm so disappointed. I realize it's a holiday, so I don't set my expectations high. Last year, the food and service were awesome. Which is why we booked. This year, I want a refund. The service staff was good but saw many standing around doing nothing - didn't get it until we saw the 20% added to the bill. We usually tip above on a holiday, but not this time. The food was beyond bland or just horrible. I'm still wondering how they made so many items tasteless. My husband is not a picky eater, and he complained. Dry turkey and pork, flavorless prime rib, and fatty ham. The sides were just as bad. Even the gravy was tasteless. I will compliment the cranberry sauce. I'm not a big desert fan, but last year, they were awesome. The first time, I tried cheesecake, but this year was bland, dry apple/pecan pie. I could make a better crust, and I don't bake! Overall, it sucked and we won't go back. Sad because it's a nice place.

The Thanksgiving Brunch was very nce. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We enjoyed our dinner. Mandy was very efficient and very attentive.
