It was NYE, so, it was pretty noisy, which was expected. We didn’t wait long for a wait person ( Lori). I know it’s probably an anathema to chefs in nice restaurants, but, I ordered my steak well done. Long story short, it wasn’t….twice. The good part is is that my husband likes it not well done, so he’ll be enjoying the leftovers. Lori did the best she could and the potatoes and asparagus were delicious! Oh! and the champagne! It was still fun to get out for the evening!

I rarely go out on New Year’s Eve, especially to eat. The restaurants are usually overly busy and the food quality is poor. But Jimmy’s dismissed that myth last night. They had two seatings 5 o’clock and 7 and we chose the 5 o’clock seating. Every table was filled, but they had all their staff on board and the kitchen was prepared. The service was attentive and the food was delicious. Thank you, Jimmy’s for always providing a good night out.

This is my 3rd time at Jimmy’s in 6 weeks. The food has never been hot, just warm. Some dishes were good. The onion soup both times was watery. The stroganoff wonderful (but not hot.) BLT fabulous. French dip quite good. If it weren’t for the ambience and quiet (their music very low Yippy) I would probably only go once a year. The staff is excellent, all very professional and cordial.

Very good soup and sandwich special; good service, a nice quiet atmosphere or a business meeting. Jimmy’s is a good pick.

The food was amazing. Steak was perfectly cooked and the teriyaki salmon melted in our mouths. Excellent chefs. Our waitress, Emma, was fantastic! Attentive without being disruptive and very helpful. I forget to come here—back on our radar!

Service, food and holiday libations were excellent in the bar. Moved to the bar from the dining room ( had reservations ) due to Happy Hour specials !!! Our server was superb and was just attentive enough to make our evening a real treat. Certainly would recommend an evening in the bar or dining room for any type of occasion.
