    Fabulous experience at Joe Muer Bloomfield Hills! My wife and I found the food to be exquisite and Heather's service to be exceptional.

    We were not told the price to add steak bites onto my salad and it was almost $50 and it was the smallest amount ever and the waiter tried to tell us. It was the same as an 8 ounce fillet and I told him he should get a new scale. We will not be back.

    Unfortunately our service was terribly slow and unattentive. We had a 4 hour dinner because our waiter was nowhere to be found. Food was good, but when paying what we did for dinner, poor service can diminish the experience

    Wait staff was exceptional. I was a big supporter of Chuck muer, Charlie's crab. This was at the same level or better. The food was perfect and perfectly cooked. Wish I could have ate more everything sounded good. Everything was great, the wait staff makes the visit and we do appreciate them as you should.

    Food was quite late coming out and was cold so it must have been sitting for a while. No apology or acknowledgement given. Expectations were much higher.

    I would say “I’m a regular” at Joe Muer. I visit both locations frequently and love the food, service and ambience. Tonight, we visited the West Bloomfield location and was disappointed with our experience. Our server Andrea was “not good”. She was not attentive or efficient. We ordered a bottle of champagne and (2) bottles of Silver Oak. Had to ask for an ice bucket to chill the champagne and had to refill our glasses of wine and champagne throughout the entire meal. Appetizers were very good. She didn’t come back often enough to clear plates, refill water and wine. Entrees arrived lukewarm which included filet mignon, lobster tail snd asparagus. After Chef Aaron shaved truffles at the table we sent back the white truffle risotto as it was stone cold. This was not the Joe Muer experience we are accustomed to and very disappointed.
