The newest restaurant from Vegas Celebrity Chef Joel Ott, Joel's Chophouse inside Ahern Luxury Boutique Hotel is the perfect place to savor views of the Las Vegas Strip while you dine on some of the best steak & seafood in the city! 20% gratuity will be added for parties of 5 or more.

Saw an ad on Facebook and glad I made the reservation. Food was great! Steak was a good size and the oyster Rockefeller was delicious. One of the top steakhouses I’ve been to in a while! Will come back!

I have been coming to Vegas for over 20 years and moved here 5 years ago. I have to say that is the worst dining experience I have ever had here. 3 of 4 entrees were sent back, the lobster bisque was the most god awful color brown and the service was very very slow. I could understand if they we busy, on my about 1/4 of the tables had people sitting at them. Save you money and go to In -N-Out, you’ll be more satisfied.

Service was good, wine was great. However, the steaks were sub-par for bone-in at $90 per. We may be spoiled being from TX.

Good food, good location, the facility isn’t very fancy could use upgrades. People were nice and wasn’t too expensive.

Everything was amazing , my wife and I went on valentines night and the mood was just perfect, they greeted us at the entrance and offered a complimentary glass of champagne, our waitress (Hailey) was amazing she kept checking in on us and described the whole menu out for us they even had a great music playlist going on and that made the night even more special. Food was a 10/10 everything was delicious would highly recommend for sure.

As I told our waiter when he asked us how he heard about Joel‘s. We originally had planned to go to Peter Luger, but the reviews were surprisingly mixed. All the reviews on Joel‘s were much higher. The meal overall was excellent. The food was extremely tasty. Well cooked or weight. Staff was helpful without being intrusive and the only minor thing was my smoked old-fashioned maple bourbon was a little on the low poor side. But my wife’s drink was excellent. We are so glad that we went to Joel‘s to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

The food was excellent. I had the 22 oz. Bone in ribeye that came with green beans. I ordered a side of potatoes and everything came out perfectly. My friend ordered the pasta with lobster and it too was excellent. The view is fantastic and the general experience was great. While it is an expensive restaurant, it was delicious.

My friends said it was the best steak and mashed potatoes they have ever eaten, and they are from TEXAS. That says a ton. This place is a must try in Vegas.

Hotel is extremely austere and the restaurant follows that suit. Almost unappealing. No energy whatsoever.
