Tomahawk wagyu rib eye was not worth the money. Lobster bisque was sub par. The server assistant was great and the bread was good.

This restaurant is absolutely fabulous! The food was so delicious! Pretty much everything we order was phenomenal! Let me tell you about the service! It was out standing! I give this restaurant 5 stars!!!! I’ll definitely will be going back!

The steak and salmon were cooked perfectly. We were there on Thursday night, so it was nice and quiet, which we liked. This was our first visit, and we live locally. We will be back. Chandler and his team were fabulous!

Never again—I had to hold my wife back from saying anything—which is literally the opposite of what usually occurs for us. Food came out cold and dry from waiting while the ‘star’ Sommelier had some weird tour dinner thing in the middle that took priority. The rib cap was fatty beyond belief, the cold and dry halibut had no flavor and the NY strip was flavorless. The sides were cold and not very good and our $20 side sauces for the steaks may as well have been salt and cream. Video screens of terrible visuals surrounding the ceiling—the ‘burning fire’ visuals on it were triggering while Hollywood was literally burning from the fires. They advertised a great view—which was non-exists t bc the lights were up so high that they reflected back into the room. The drinks were small pours. For the price—I would expect much better. The server was nice enough, albeit a bit fake and annoying coming by every two mins to see if everything was good. Oh—and loved seeing the Star Sommlier dude taking off his shoes and changing in middle of restaurant as we left. We walked to Golden Steer afterwards so we could get some hot fries and real drinks—will simply go there next time if we’re coming off the Strip. I don’t write too many reviews btw. Never again.

Staying at the Sahara and this restaurant popped up nearby as I was looking for a steakhouse for my birthday dinner. Then I saw steaks are 50% on Fridays, which happened to land on my birthday. I was skeptical because I’m from LA and discounted steaks are UNHEARD OF. Especially this big names on the strip. But I said what the heck and went. I always have to have truffle butter with my steak and they unfortunately don’t have truffle butter but NO LIE, the steak did NOT need any sauce. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection!! And the lobster Mac and cheese was the most flavorful Mac I’ve had at a restaurant. 10/10. I’ve already told all my Vegas family and friends and even posted it my social media.

This is an outstanding restaurant with a great chef and staff. We dined here New Year's Eve and did not expect such a wonderful dining experience. White tablecloths, a well-dressed staff, and a beautiful view from floor to ceiling windows greeted us. During dinner, a disc jockey played songs from the 50's and 60's which we truly enjoyed. Service was outstanding with one of our servers brought up from the downstairs bar. He served us with kindness and professionalism and personally walked my wife outside the restaurant to show her where to go. We had 5 different courses, and each was a delicacy to behold. We started with Oyster's Rockerfeller, continued with a magnificent salad, then perfectly done scallops, then a filet Mignon, which melted in our mouths and done exactly as we asked, and finally a black forest cake that probably was one of the most wonderful deserts that I have eaten. This restaurant is off the beaten track as it is in the Ahern hotel complex near the Stratosphere. There is plenty of free parking with an elevator directly to the 2nd floor where the restaurant is located. We will definitely return as this restaurant has my 5 stars.

I came for my birthday dinner and it was absolutely amazing! The view was great, staff/service was attentive and friendly, and the food was amazing. I’m glad to say that there wasn’t one thing on the menu that we didn’t enjoy! Half rack of lamb, buttered mash, confit potatoes, caesar and house salad, strawberry martini, gelato, cocktail shrimp, and crab cakes were all outstanding!
