Joe’s Crab Shack offers a variety of favorites from all parts of the sea and shore. From its extensive menu, guests can choose from buckets of seasonal seafood, fried shrimp platters and fish dishes, as well as options from the “mainland” that include steak, sandwiches, and chicken. Guests can indulge in over-sized and creative cocktails, such as the Shark Bite which is playfully garnished with a shark toy. Since its inception, Joe’s popularity has stemmed not only from its menu, but also its retail store. With various pieces of merchandise for purchase, including the ever-popular tie-dye T-shirt with the phrase “Peace, Love and Crabs,” Joe’s has become synonymous with the word “fun.”

Marcus was a fabulous server! Very attentive. Food was great. A wonderful Christmas meal.

Server was friendly but forgetful. We reserved a table at 3pm (not busy whatsoever) and after a quick order of drinks and food, it took about 45 min for us to receive our food. The food itself was luke warm and no longer in the iconic steam pots. The oil and butter had congealed and the quality did not seem nearly as good as in previous years. This is an annual event for me and my family and ownership may have changed since last year (seems like a typical cause for such a drastic decline) but I was severely disappointed. Thanks for the good memories Joe’s Crab Shack, we will be finding a new seafood spot for our Christmas tradition!

This place has seriously declined. The food was disgusting, and the service was terrible. We arrived two hours before closing, and it felt like they just threw some old food onto our plates and rushed us out the door. It was way too expensive for such a dreadful experience. Additionally, it was my mom's birthday—a key reason for our visit—but they didn’t even acknowledge it with a simple "Happy Birthday," let alone a song. I am so disappointed.

Went for a birthday dinner and just had slow service. Biggest pet peeve is when your appetizer comes out the same time the entrees. Services could be a lot better maybe need more attentive staff!

Joes Crab Shack’s food unfortunately was not good at all. The shrimp and the crab were over cooked, the potatoes was so bland, and the corn on the cob was a joke. Our waitress was awesome and there was a cool Christmas boat parade that we watched during our dinner.

Very busy, noisy restaurant. Long delays in getting food with no explanation. Meals very average. I would not recommend this restaurant.
