Joe’s Crab Shack offers a variety of favorites from all parts of the sea and shore. From its extensive menu, guests can choose from buckets of seasonal seafood, fried shrimp platters and fish dishes, as well as options from the “mainland” that include steak, sandwiches, and chicken. Guests can indulge in over-sized and creative cocktails, such as the Shark Bite which is playfully garnished with a shark toy. Since its inception, Joe’s popularity has stemmed not only from its menu, but also its retail store. With various pieces of merchandise for purchase, including the ever-popular tie-dye T-shirt with the phrase “Peace, Love and Crabs,” Joe’s has become synonymous with the word “fun.”

We never got our table, they said we didn't have the reservation, i showed them the confirmation and they said it wasn't showing they put us on waiting list and never called us, will never go back

Food was extremely cold and we never got a drink refill. When confronting the manager about this, he didn’t even seem to care and we still didn’t get our drinks. He remade one plate and was extremely rude. It was the kitchen having problems not the server, if you’re understaffed then don’t take so many tables. Terrible management

The manager is the worse manager ever. Food was a mess, customer service poor. Overall the worst service ever

Unfortunately I don’t know what happened, it took one hour just to get the drinks, half and hour extra for the food, we asked for lemons and Tabasco and they never arrived, and the crab tasted like refrigerated, and it wasn’t even half full. The coconut shrimp horrible, too greasy I won’t come back.

The noise was overbearing, restaurant was too cold with constantly blowing cold air from many vents throughout the restaurant, making the venue very uncomfortable. Added to that is the indifferent service and the poor quality of the fried food. The fries seemed like they’ve been sitting for awhile and are gummy. The tartar sauce was less than tasty. Just not a pleasant experience. Not going back!

We had outstanding seats at the second-level windows to watch the Day of The Dead River Parade. Cesia provided excellent service in spite of the crowded tables. We had the Duo Dip which included bowls of the Crab & Shrimp and Spinach & Artichoke Dips served with tortilla chips. A good sampler and large potion size.
