We had a good time but the music was WAY TOO LOUD. I was screaming to have my server understand what I wanted to order, and yelling across the table to talk to my dinner companions. The food however was good we enjoyed that and the drinks however the first round did take a long time to get to us.

The service is always outstanding. Jessie the manager was friendly and attentive to all our 3 year old granddaughters needs. Rochelle was exceptional and always smiling. Made the night fun. And Ali and Julia are outstanding ambassadors for Joey’s. The current 20% bonus for gift cards makes it so welcoming for families.

my husband and I made a reservation here for our anniversary. We were asked where we would prefer to sit and we said a booth in the dining room. The hostess said there were no booths available, so we just got a table. When we got to our table we noticed there were 3 booths open. 10 minutes after being seated a server walked up to us and said our server was on the way and that she would get our drinks so we weren't sitting there without anything. 15 minutes pass and then the hostess comes and takes our order and tells us our server is on the way, which ended up being the first server the whole time? We finally got our food which was good. We waited a while for our server to come check on us and when she finally did, she didn't even acknowledge that it was our anniversary. There was a few other tables so it wasn't that busy. Just seemed very unfriendly. Will never have a special event here again.

Tara was fantastic, lovely lady . I love the free sparkling wine , a nice added touch .

Food was good. Service was good. I prefer rectangular tables where we can sit opposite each other. Sometimes it was hard to hear across the table. Way too dark inside. When almost everyone- in the whole restaurant, not just our table- has to get out the flashlight on their phone in order to read the menu, that was a bit much,

Had a great birthday dinner. The steak and sushi were delicious and the individual apple pie with maple ice cream is always the best dessert. We had great service by Brittany. It has been a while since I have been to Joeys but looking forward to returning again soon.
