The good: The Martini's and 50% off wine bottles The bad: Our server literally told us that he was new, and bad at his job - and he was not joking. I had to ask repeatedly for forks and drinks. We could hear screaming in the kitchen. Filet was cold, the trio medallions were all different sizes, and despite each supposed to have a different topping they all looked the same, asked for no mushrooms on the pasta but received them anyway and had to ask twice to have it taken away - they picked the mushrooms out rather than making a new plate. The dishes all came at different times and we had to wait for the un-mushroomed plate and the last pasta plate. Was told on the way in and out by the maitre d' to give her 5 star reviews. All this and we still tipped 20% .... a meal over $300 that would have been better had at Olive Garden. In other words, we will not be back. I never write reviews but this was just an embarrassing dinner experience.

Extremely disappointed with seating and also 2 entrees which we sent back! Filet and Veal Sinatra! My friend enjoyed his Salmon! The best thing I had was my salad and Shrimp Cocktail!

Had a wonderful dinner celebrating a birthday! Ms. Avis is an amazing and kind hostess, and we will definitely be returning! Brenda was our waitress for the evening, and she was very helpful and considerate all evening. 10/10!

Another delightful dinner at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse. This time we were able to meet the incomparable Ms. Avis, whom many other reviewers have praised and with good reason. She welcomed us and made our anniversary dinner very special. As before, Nate was our server and was equally as friendly, attentive, and charming. A big shout out to Chef HK for the outstanding chicken parmigiana that was complemented by a nice Chianti.

We wanted to try a different place instead of the usual spots. Upon arriving Mrs. Avis greeted us with a smile, great conversation and let us know a little about the restaurant since we were first time diners. Luis, our waiter was fantastic with proper timing and service. We started with the meatballs which were delicious and a large portion. My wife had the Chanel 5 and I had the Veal Sinatra, both were jumbo sized portions and absolutely delicious. We couldn't even finish half (lunch tomorrow) but it didn't stop us from the banana cheesecake which sounds weird but is anything but. Great experience and great little hidden spot.

Amazing food and service! This is a must try place the tour of italy dinner plate was enough for my boyfriend and I to share and still have plenty of leftovers!

My husband and I had a very nice Thanksgiving Buffet lunch at Johnny's Italian Steakhouse, in the ballroom of the Crown Plaza Hotel. It was our first time there. Our server "Chris" was great and made our experience very enjoyable. I was very happy that I didn't have to cook! Thanks to everyone.....
