   We had a confirmed reservation for 2 @ 11:30 am on 10/12/2022. Imagine our surprise when we arrived and the restaurant was closed. We went back after dining elsewhere, aroundwere 5pm and told the manager about this problem. She asked when the reservation was made, I said the Friday before and that we even received text reminders the day before of it. She just shrugged her shoulders and said” oh I heard their website crashed.” Poor answer and poor performance for Open Table.

   We had reservations at 12 booked through OpenTable. When we shown up they were closed and one of the helpers said they did not open until 4. Not good for open table
