    We thoroughly enjoyed our evening at Jônt. The service was absolutely impeccable. The food journey was so thoughtfully creative and perfectly executed. The pairings were well balanced to complement each excursion. The ambience was truly delightful and we appreciated the moderate noise level as it allowed us to engage in conversation.

    A perfect evening from a culinary standpoint. However too noisy (loud music) to be able to converse comfortably. At times could not hear what the servers were saying when they were describing the food.

    Jont is remarkable. We've been fortunate in life and have been to 20 Michelin 3 stars. Jont deserves a third star. The four of us were in agreement that it's a top five restaurant of all time for us. For us that puts it in the league of Alinea and the Fat Duck. High praise. Everything was perfect. Beautiful presentations, incredible food, perfect service. We even loved the music in the main dining area. We were celebrating a special occasion and worked with Kinga, who helped us surprise our son with a special gift. She and the whole team were remarkable. The test of a Michelin 3 star is, would you make a special trip to a City just to dine at the restaurant? We've been to multiple 3 stars where we've come away amazed, but not sure we'd make a trip just for the restaurant. Jont is different. Even if we didn't live in DC, we would make a trip here to dine at Jont. It's a special experience.

    Best flavors and food in dc! Extremely playful play on textures, with running motifs of flavor throughout the night. Everything looked exquisite. Truly an unforgettable dinner.

    Two Michelin stars, so the price is what you would expect of such status. Staff, service, ambiance, and food are all impeccable. Went there with my wife for our anniversary and although there is not a place for a candlelit dinner, the staff did their best to accommodate us with crafted dessert items with simulated candles in the bar/dessert lounge. Thank you to Eric, Kinga, and Andrew for making the night even more spectacular. Will definitely return when I’m back in the states.

    Counter seating was extremely uncomfortable, our feet were dangling for 2 hours and circulation was getting cut off (we are 5’6” and 6’0”). The seats sit slightly too far from the counter, which resulted in us and our neighbors dropping food. Music was loud and fun but couldn’t hear servers explain each dish. Huge variety of bites, plating was beautiful. For the price, I would’ve expected better taste but only a handful made a memorable impression. Some of the dishes were too salty for me to finish. Servers were super attentive and the space is well ventilated given the fire they have going in the back. We enjoyed the wagyu tartar, mackerel with cavier, truffle rice, venison, and pear desserts.
