Jordan Lobster Farms has been family owned and operated for over 50 years. Mr. Bill Jordan, “The Chief” of Boston Mass., originally opened Jordan Lobster Dock in Brooklyn, New York. Because of its success, he opened another location in Island Park, New York. Today, both locations continue their dedication to service and quality, operated by his sons.

We invite you to shop in our New England retail store, where we offer our customers a variety of seafood, prepared and frozen, and gourmet delicacies. You'll feel that old world charm, when you can pick out your own lobster sizes. Our specialty is Select and Jumbo’s, ranging from 1-15 lbs., or you can delight over our selection of fresh seafood, shellfish, and gourmet prepared dishes. That is what makes us one of the best seafood restaurants in the Nassau County, NY; Suffolk County, NY; & Long Island, NY area.

The restaurant has good, fresh fish and a fish market. The portions are good sized and simply prepared. The restaurant isn't fancy with some dishes served on paper. The triple lobster was a good deal for three people. The grilled octopus was a treat. The halibut was also very good although it was not delivered blackened as ordered. The soups were tasty and hearty.

cons; the vegetables OMG poor quality frozen soggy? oysters weak and not appetizing.... Pros; mussels good and enough for two or more....fish cooked perfect we would be back...

Everyday dining with the family and out newest addition Gracie Lou, for her first visit to Jordans Lobster Farms. Stellar service and spectacular food, made it a very enjoyable evening and I can tell you it was truly enjoyed by all including Gracie being introduced to her first bite of a succulent Jordan lobster. Thank you for for a great meal and a great time.

Following up on last months visit to Jordan’s. Their Wild Wednesday 2 1 1/2 lb lobster special was good, but their 2 lb lobster special is outstanding. Succulent lobster prepared to perfection — start the meal with cherry stone clams and you can’t go wrong. Went for dinner on Wild Wednesday - 2 1 1/4 lb lobsters, corn, Cole slaw & fries for $34.95. Add a appetizer & it is more than a good meal. Food is always fresh and clean - minimal sauces to hide the taste of the seafood. Jenna was our waitress. She was as attentive as she could be as it seems she had the entire dining room to herself. Can’t blame her for short wait staff. Decor is minimal but fine as it goes. All in all, highly recommend for eat in and purchasing seafood to cook at home.

Jordan's is always good. We go about once every two months. This time I think it was even better than usual. There muscles in a garlic and white wine sauce was amazing. I only wish they had their full liquor license.

I've been going to Jordan's (Island Park and Sheepshead Bay) since I was a kid. That covers around 50 years now. They've done a beautiful job at Island Park. The outdoor seating and decking is terrific. And now they've added a really nice indoor dining room. Nothing fancy about it, but it's nice. It's perfect if you're looking for a great lobster and you're going to get down to business! Tie me up a bib, and get out of my way. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The lobster was cooked perfectly. They still have the best corn around. Started with steamers. Those were on point too. For dessert, they have cheese cake which is from Whistle Stop. I loved the meal.
