We provide vibrant, vegetable-forward dishes, seafood, steaks, and chops, presented in a spirited, inviting setting. Great Bohemian Old world vibe. Sadly the food was terrible. For a restaurant that touts "Homemade" pasta they couldn't have missed the mark by less if they tried. The Burrata appetizer was quite good. That's where the experience went crashing. After the second bite of my Elk Bolognese my wife asked me "how is your meal?" I replied "If my grandmother served this to my Grandfather, he would have thrown her out of the house" How do you make homemade pasta to have the texture of rubber? The presence of Elk in the Bolognese must have been 1 pound of Elk to 40 dishes of pasta. Lastly we chose to try the "Dailey Cannoli for desert. The shell was very good; the filling was flat and severely under-sweetened; the pairing with blood orange puree/reduction couldn't have missed the mark any further. The sauce was ACRID not just bitter and with any lack of sweetness it was offensive. Chef, very poor try.

We had an exceptional experience here. The basement dining area is beautiful and cozy. The food was great and portions were filling, cocktails were fantastic, and so was dessert. The staff acknowledged our anniversary, which was really kind. We will absolutely be back!

By far one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in Denver. There are two floors, and the vibe is completely different from one another. We are downstairs which seemed more intimate, which we loved. Every single staff member was wonderful. Now for the food: Appetizer, we had the crispy octopus and its was by far the best I have ever had. The octopus was cooked perfectly, the sauce was devine. For dinner, we had the lobster diavolo pasta and the bone in colorado short ribs. The lobster was good... but the short ribs were OUTSTANDING. The meat was incredibly tender, the sauce complimented the dish so well. We had dessert, it was also amazing, but can't remember when it was... Espresso martini was on point. Finished off with a glass of Port Wine. Absolutely wonderful dining experience. I cannot wait to come back here again!

Was excited to go out for a girls night out here. Sadly our excitement was quickly diminished when we walked in. The hostess was on her cell phone and didn’t even look up at us as we struggled with the curtain at the door. We then stood there awkwardly while she continued to text. When she was done on her phone we didn’t even get a hello or greeting, just a kurt “do you have a reservation”..which we did. Just gave us all an unwelcome feeling off the bat. We were seated downstairs and it was beautiful and the ambiance was lovely. Especially compared to upstairs, which felt like a totally different restaurant. We ordered a wide variety of apps, drinks and entrees. The food sadly was just disappointing overall. The octopus was overcooked. The oysters and burrata were just okay. The focaccia however was delicious and everyone said it was the best thing they ate. For entrees we all ordered a different pasta. Every one was under-seasoned and lacking flavor. The duck confit special was super bland. The lobster diavalo had zero spice to it at all and was rather watery. The butternut agnolotti was the best of the five options we tried. I think it’s telling that none of us finished our plates. Our server was kind and did a fine job overall. The runners we noted seemed rather unhappy and confused as we received our courses. As we were finishing up eating our entrees it became apparent they wanted to close. Mind you we had a 7:15 reservation and it took a while between courses. We weren’t offered any dessert which we planned to order. Then they awkwardly cut the music, it was only 8:50pm. We all felt the need to pound our drinks and leave. Expected a much higher quality of service for the price point honestly. Also I absolutely understand the costs of operating restaurants but it felt tacky to see all the extra charges to our bill. Charging for olives and rocks for our drinks, kitchen living wage and a benefits charge. For almost $700 for five people we hoped for a lot more.

Came here for the wife’s birthday and had a great time. The food was very good, not a large menu for drinks or food but what they do have is excellent. The waiter was very helpful and the service was good.
